Shariah Committee
The Sharia Committee of CAC ISLAMIC BANK is an independent body composed of experts and specialists in Islamic Finance and “Fiqh”. The Sharia Committee is responsible for examining and validating the bank's products and operations and verifying and ensuring the compliance of various operations and transactions with the provisions and precepts of Sharia. The Sharia Committee also has the mission of studying all documents, products and procedures, as part of the external Sharia audit in order to ensure the proper application of its decisions.
